Verizon Wireless LG enV3 Help?

Right now I have a Samsung Snap from Verizon Wireless (SCH-u340). I wanted to get the LG enV3 in a few days, but some of my friends say that the enV3 freezes up and restarts on its own. If anybody has or has had an lg env3, can you give me your pros and cons of the enV3, if there are any? And tell me how long you've had it? Thxx

2. my friend has the blue one and it has never given him any problems. Btw the snap is a good phone lol
3. Pros: -good camera -easy to text with -IM style textting -lots of memory -APPS -good battery -mobile im and e-mail and stuff -even though the camera doesnt zoom when you take a picture in editing you can zoom in up to lik 50 times i think. cons: RARELY freezes. ive had it since october.
4. All of my friends who have it complain about the phone randomly turning off. I experienced the same thing with my former phone (LG EnV2). If you close the phone too fast, the battery becomes loose.
