Who should I ask for help to setup a wireless connection?
I've been trying hard for a week to setup a home wireless connection at home, but the problem seems can't be solved myself. I've decided to ask anyone who knows about it to set it up. But I have no idea who should I give a call, is it the ISP provider or any other person?

- Initially I would say the ISP, but if you have a good WiFi router it comes with VERY clear, basic instructions, and usually has a CD that will do everything for you. Checkout these links, when you see how easy it is you'll look back and laugh: 1. http://www.linksysbycisco.com/US/en/promo/Promotion-Go-Wireless 2. http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/112/session/L3NpZC9PdmpUS2hPag==/sno/0
- yes the ISP provider ll help you in second ... because they have good knowledge and your IP address information make them call instead making things worst... but when they are doing that ... be near to them and try to see how and what they are doing... because this ll help you in future to diagnostic the problem and this ll give you good knowledge too if you are not good in networking section and when you saw that once how to setup ... then defiantly you ll do it your own next time it is not that much complected.. but you have some advance idea how things work in wireless ... look at that picture http://www.ucs.louisiana.edu/~jcw8557/wireless_network_setup.jpg take care dear
- Configuring wireless conenction is quite simple. However if you want to take some assistance, you can contact your ISP provider. They can send a technician for a charge of around $100
