How can I set up an Xbox 360 wireless controller using a laptop wireless setup?

Im trying to set up my xbox controll with switchblade, a gaming controll interface for pc games, and I only have the battery pack usb charger, I would like to know if there is any program to make the laptop wireless pickup my xbox 360 controller
