Wireless Troubleshooting

How can i reset my wireless router settings if i've locked out my computer from the network?

i recently bought a nintendo wii. i wanted to play online but it wasn't working. so i look at the troubleshooting section and it says to add the mac address of the wii to be allowed into the network. so i typed in the ip address of the router and i did so but at the same time locked out both of my computers and now i don't have internet access at my apt. the wii still isnt online and i have no way of getting online except at work. but that doesn't help me. anybody have any suggestions? i tried everything but no go. please help.

1. There is a small button at the back of your router to reset it. You will need a needle or something similar...
